Worship at Hope reflects a sense of God’s presence today and respect for God’s redeeming work in the past reflected in Christianity’s deep tradition. It infuses ancient liturgical practices with contemporary language and songs. Worship focuses on Word and Sacrament: every week, thoughtful preaching is followed by the Lord’s Supper. We practice ‘open communion’ at Hope, so all baptized followers of Jesus are welcome at the Lord’s table regardless of church background or sense of merit. We boldly claim the love of Christ Jesus as the hope of all people!
